Thanksgiving is almost here, and there’s no better way to kick off the holiday than with the Olivette Turkey Trot, happening bright and early at 8 a.m. on Thanksgiving morning at Stacy Park (you’ll want to arrive early to navigate parking).
Each year, this family-friendly, chip-timed 5K run/walk brings together more than 2,000 participants for a morning filled with fitness, fun, and community spirit. Whether you’re racing for a personal best or strolling with family and friends, it’s the perfect way to start your Thanksgiving morning.
Even better, 100% of proceeds benefit the Harvey Kornblum Jewish Food Pantry, helping provide nutritious food for individuals and families facing hunger across the St. Louis region. Every step you take makes a meaningful difference for our neighbors in need.
The Turkey Trot welcomes participants of all ages and abilities. Strollers, leashed dogs, and little ones are all invited to join the fun. The event also features a free Kids Fun Run for children under five. Participants will receive a custom Turkey Trot t-shirt and can enjoy live music and post-race refreshments as they celebrate crossing the finish line.
This Thanksgiving, start your day with gratitude, generosity, and a good run. Register today and be part of a cherished tradition that fuels hope and nourishment for thousands in our community.
