To access JFS services, even if you’re not sure what you are looking for, call the Care Connect phone line at 314-993-1000. You will reach a knowledgeable and experienced staff member who will connect you with JFS resources or a care manager to meet your individual needs.

The Care Connect staff can also provide you with information, referrals, guidance, and advocacy. JFS assists all callers to access a range of services including government benefits (such as supplemental security income, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program [SNAP], and Medicaid) and support resources for socialization, housing, finances, counseling, and long-term legal and care planning. JFS staff also make referrals, if necessary, to other community organizations.
