ElderLink is a free information and referral phone line staffed by JFS case managers trained to help older adults and caregivers navigate new stages of life. Available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., we provide a knowledgeable and confidential helpline for older adults and their loved ones to access resources and referrals that best meet their needs.
If you are not sure what type of resources or services are best for you, we are here to help. Our case managers are prepared to assist older adults and caregivers in identifying the best options for individual care.
How does ElderLink work?
All callers receive a comprehensive phone assessment from a JFS case manager who will listen to your questions and concerns and assess your needs.
What type of resources and referrals can ElderLink match me with?
Through our network of referral partners, we can connect you with information and referrals for a variety of services, including but not limited to:
- In-home support
- Food assistance
- Housing options
- Transportation resources
- Socialization opportunities
- Case management
- Utility assistance
- Minor home repairs
- Support to apply for government and veterans benefits and Medicaid
